Tart base (tennis biscuits, crust)
Microwave: (approx 6 mins)
Add 650ml lukewarm water to the microwave bowl. Whisk powder into water, add 1 egg & mix — microwave on high for 2 mins. Mix well & repeat for 2 min. Repeat procedure until smooth & thick. Add hot mix to tart base. Add Cinnamon to taste. Cool down & place in fridge for approx 1 hour.
Stove:
Mix as above. Cook until mixture is thick. Follow rest of above steps. ~Enjoy!
