Makes 900ml
Mix 200g cheese powder with 700ml water until the powder is dissolved. (Alternatively, adjust measurements accordingly, approx 1:3 ratio). Cook on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Salt & pepper to taste. ~Enjoy!
